Yda chi eisiau gwybod be sydd yn y dŵr o’n cwmpas? Da ni eisiau gwybod mwy am ddŵr croyw Dyffryn Conwy a da ni angen eich help!
Mi wnawn ni brofi eich dŵr croyw i weld pa mor iach a glân ydy o. A’r unig beth sydd angen i chi ei wneud yw casglu ychydig bach o ddŵr croyw o nant, afon, cors, pwll neu lyn a mi wnawn ni ei brofi. Am ddim.

Want to find out what’s in freshwater? We’re starting on a process of discovery in the Conwy catchment area and we need your help!
We’re offering to test your freshwater to find out how healthy and clean it is. All you need to do is collect a small amount of freshwater from a stream, river, bog, puddle, pond or lake and we’ll test it. And we’re doing it for free.
Sut i gymryd rhan?
1. Casglu
Casglwch sampl o ddŵr o ddalgylch afon Conwy mewn pot neu botel glân efo caead. Da ni ddim angen llawer o ddwr – 50ml ar y lleiaf, a 200ml ar y mwyaf (does dim rhaid bod yn fanwl gywir).
2. Cofnodi
Ar ddarn o bapur, rhowch y manylion yma:
eich enw a’ch manylion cyswllt (e-bost a rhif ffôn)
lleoliad a dyddiad – ble a phryd y gwnaethoch chi gasglu’r dŵr
be yda chi eisiau ei wybod am y dŵr
unrhyw gwestiynau sydd gennych am ddŵr croyw Dyffryn Conwy
Hefyd rhanwch lun o’r safle lle cymerwyd y sampl.
3. Rhannu
Rhannwch eich sampl gyda ni yn:

How do I take part?
1. Collect
Collect a water sample from the river Conwy catchment in a clean, lidded container, bottle, receptacle. We don’t need a lot to test it, but a minimum of 50ml and max of 200ml (no need to be super precise)
2. Note
On a piece of paper, include the following details:
Your name and contact details (email and phone number)
Location, weather and date - where and when you collected the water
What you want to find out about the water
Can you please also share any questions you have about freshwater and your connection with water
Also please take a photo of where you took the sample.
3. Share
To share your sample with us, drop off at:

Profi’r dŵr da chi’n ei rhannu atom am bethau fel fetalau, ffosffad, nitrad, lefel PH (da ni methu profi am gwryglau yn anffodus!)
2. Rhannu
Rhannu’r canlyniadau efo chi. Mi fyddwn hefyd yn rhannu efo’r byd - fel rhan o gasgliad dŵr croyw, ar ein gwefan a mewn digwyddiadau cyhoeddus.
3. Storio
Mi fydd yn cael ei ychwanegu i gasgliad ehangach sy’n cofnodi gwybodaeth am afonydd a llednentydd Conwn. Mi fyddwn ni’n arddangos y casgliad yma yn y dyfodol ac yn annog mwy o bobl i rannu samplau.

What we’ll do with your water sample?
1. Testing and discover what’s in the water
We’ll test the water you share with us for things such as metals, phosphate, nitrate and pH level (we can’t test for the presence of coracles unfortunately!)
2. Sharing
We’ll share the results with you. Also we’ll share with the world as part of a collection of freshwater, on our website as well as in public events.
3. Storing
We’ll add your sample to a store of freshwater samples we’re collecting - it will become part of a collection documenting the river Conwy and its tributaries. We’ll be displaying this collection in the future and encouraging more people to share a sample.
